OFFICIAL RULES — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
This promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Mission Bio, located at 300 Utah Ave., Suite 210, South San Francisco, CA 94080 ("Sponsor").
The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are legal residents of, and physically located in, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia; Canada; and Mexico; (b) have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry; and (c) have registered for and attended World Single-Cell Day on September 16, 2026. Attendance for the entire program duration is not required for eligibility.
Registration for World Single-Cell Day is free of charge. No purchase, payment, or fee of any kind is required to enter or win.
The Promotion begins on Thursday, August 27, 2026, 12:00 AM PST and ends on September 16, 2026, 5:00 PM PST ("Promotion Period"). All entries must be received within the Promotion Period. Sponsor's database clock is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.
During the Promotion Period, register for and attend World Single-Cell Day. Registration for World Single-Cell Day is free of charge. Each individual who registers for and attends World Single-Cell Day during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the random drawing described below (an "Entry"). Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address. Multiple Entries from a single person will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. No purchase, payment, or fee of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and no purchase or payment will improve any person's chances of winning.
This is a game of chance. The winner will be determined by a single random drawing. No guess, estimate, prediction, proximity to any number, judging, scoring, or other element of skill is solicited, considered, or used in selecting the winner, and every eligible Entry has an equal chance of being selected.
After the Promotion Period ends, on or about September 17, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Because entry is limited to one (1) Entry per person, an entrant's odds of being selected are one (1) in the total number of eligible Entries received. Selection as a potential winner does not entitle any person to the Prize. A potential winner is not a winner unless and until that person's eligibility has been verified and all conditions set out in "Winner Notification and Verification" below have been satisfied.
One (1) winner will receive: $33,333 USD in Mission Bio products and/or services ("Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize will be $33,333 USD. Actual value may vary based on then-current list pricing. No cash alternative will be provided, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned. Only one (1) Prize will be awarded.
Prize items are labeled Research Use Only ("RUO") and are not intended, and may not be used or promoted, for use in diagnostic, therapeutic, or other clinical procedures. The Prize is awarded for the winner's own use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or offered for sale in any form. Cross-border delivery of the Prize, where applicable, is subject to all applicable export control laws and customs requirements; the winner is responsible for cooperating with any documentation reasonably required to complete delivery.
The potential winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided at registration within 3 business days of the drawing. The potential winner will be required to sign and return, within 3 days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release (collectively, "Winner Documents") in order to claim the Prize. If the potential winner cannot be reached within 3 days, fails to timely return the Winner Documents, or is found ineligible, that potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible Entries, or the Prize may go unawarded.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state/provincial, and local taxes, and for any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specifically described herein. (A) If the winner is receiving the Prize on behalf of an institution or other organization, the institution will be treated as the recipient of the Prize for tax purposes, and Sponsor may require the institution to complete an IRS Form W-9 (US institutions) or equivalent tax documentation, and will issue tax reporting forms as required by applicable law. (B) If the winner is receiving the Prize in an individual capacity, the individual will be treated as the recipient of the Prize for tax purposes, and Sponsor may require the individual to complete an IRS Form W-9 (US winners) or equivalent tax documentation as a condition of awarding the Prize, and will issue tax reporting forms as required by applicable law.
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at missionbio.com/legal/privacy-policy, and for administration of this Promotion, including winner notification and, where consented to or otherwise permitted by law, future marketing communications.
For the name of the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Mission Bio, Inc., 300 Utah Ave., Suite 210, South San Francisco, CA 94080, Attn: World Single-Cell Day Promotion, to be received by December 31, 2026 at 12:59 PM PST.
